Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your company's use of PropValue. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your company.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping login details secure, and for the activities of the users you add. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans, prices and limits are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Where a free trial is offered, your plan starts when the trial ends unless you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan from the Subscription page; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails, your account may become read-only until payment is made; your data is kept.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter personal data about your clients and for complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Valuation responsibility

PropValue is a tool. Valuations, reports and figures produced with it, including AI-assisted content and JPPH data, must be reviewed by a qualified professional, who remains responsible for the final valuation.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep PropValue available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the service and these terms; we will tell you about material changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
